1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maverick Names ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Maverick Names is a domain operations platform that helps domain sellers, investors, brokers, and portfolio operators value, position, market, and sell domain names professionally. The platform provides the following modules:

• Domain Valuation — AI-powered domain appraisals with comparable sales research.
• Buyer Discovery — identification of potential buyers using web research and AI analysis.
• Domain Outbound — targeted outreach generation, email delivery, and follow-up management.
• Portfolio Management — tracking of domain inventory, pricing, status, and pipeline activity.
• Sales Pages — creation of branded landing pages for individual domains.
• Campaign Analytics — email delivery, open, click, and reply tracking.
• Reply Analysis — AI-powered classification of incoming replies by intent and interest level.
• Negotiation — deal tracking, counter-offer strategy, and negotiation support.

The platform uses AI (Google Gemini) and third-party APIs (Brevo, Hunter.io) to power parts of this workflow.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Harass, threaten, or deceive the recipients of your outreach.
• Misrepresent domain valuations or buyer research to defraud third parties.
• Collect or use personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its underlying code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

Several modules use AI (Google Gemini with Google Search grounding) to generate content, including domain valuations, buyer research, outreach emails, reply analysis, and negotiation recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated valuations are estimates based on available data, not certified appraisals. They should not be treated as financial advice.
• Buyer discovery results are research suggestions, not guaranteed leads. Company information and contact details should be independently verified.
• Comparable sales data is sourced from public databases (NameBio, DNJournal, etc.) via web search and may not be exhaustive or fully up to date.
• Outreach content is generated as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all emails before sending.
• Reply analysis and negotiation suggestions are AI interpretations and should inform — not replace — your own judgement.

6. Your Responsibilities for Outreach

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the platform and for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. Maverick Names is a tool — it does not review or approve outreach content before sending.

7. Sales Pages

Sales pages you create are hosted on the Maverick Names domain and are publicly accessible via a shareable URL. You are responsible for ensuring the content of your sales pages is accurate and does not infringe on any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove sales pages that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You are responsible for obtaining your own API keys for Gemini, Brevo, and Hunter.io, and for complying with each provider's terms of service. Maverick Names is not liable for service interruptions, costs, or policy violations arising from your use of these third-party APIs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Maverick Names platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Maverick Names and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the data and content you create within the platform, including portfolio records, prospect data, sales pages, and outreach content.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated valuations, buyer research, outreach content, or negotiation recommendations are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Domain sales outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick Names shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, damage to reputation, or decisions made based on AI-generated valuations or recommendations.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your sales pages will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
